"To the consideration of [the] Rt. Honbl. [the] Lord Mayor, [the] Court of Aldermen, & Common Council of [the] city of London, this plan, reduced from the original of Sr. Christopher Wren, is with all submission, inscrib'd by their most humble servant J. Gwynn."
