Prospectus for Richard Claude Belt's bronze bust of the late Benjamin Disraeli, Earl of Beaconsfield, together with order forms for the bust in one of four variations: statuary replica, 2 ft. 6 in. high, price 150 guineas; toned plaster cast, 2 ft. 6 in., price 25 guineas; bronze reduction, 8 in., price 12 guineas; plaster reproduction, 8 in., price 1 guinea.
"It having been suggested to Mr. R.C. Belt, that many of the Conservative Associations would like to possess a copy of his bust of the late Earl of Beaconsfield, for the execution of which he received an order from the Junior Carlton Club, he begs to inform you that, in the event of your Association desiring a copy, he will furnish you with one on your filling up the annexed form ... The following noblemen and gentlemen ... have also cordially expressed their approval of it, the majority of whom have ordered replicas in various forms: ... [list of about 70 names]"--P. [1].
Page [2] comprises an "Extract from the Daily Telegraph, of Tuesday, June 7th, 1881," which includes a positive review of Belt's clay model for the bust.
Pages [3]-[4] comprise the detachable forms for the bust replicas; the forms have perforated edges.
